Alan and his crew have done 1.5 bathrooms in my main home and are completing a job on an ensuite in my out-of-Auckland place. As they had already worked for me, I knew I was in safe hands and giving them carte blanc to redo my other bathroom while I’m not there. I have nothing by high praise for Alan and his team. The words I would use – honest, trustworthy, attention to detail, respectful, super helpful, listen to what the client wants, have a “nothing is a problem” attitude, clean and tidy and give great ideas. They have been very easy to work with, (and I’m a fairly demanding woman) - and when the next bathroom needs renovating (let me save up first) – I won’t need to speak to anyone else!!!
